CirclePix Tour Questions
Q: How am I notified when the tour is posted to CirclePix.com? A: The virtual tour will get posted on the CirclePix website first and then posted to other websites within 24 business hours depending on the accessibility to that website. Agents are notified via email.
Q: How long will my virtual tour be on the internet? A: CirclePix.com will host your virtual tour for up to one year for no additional fees. The agent can request to have the virtual tour become inactive at any time.
Q: How do I make changes or add information to an existing virtual tour? A: There are several ways to make changes to a tour or remove an existing virtual tour. Please use one of the following means to nofity us of these changes:

General Questions / Ordering a Tour
Q: Is there a fee to cancel my virtual tour? A: There is no charge for cancelling an appointment for the virtual tour shoot unless the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the shoot. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Q: What is an eTour? A: The eTour is an executable file of the virtual tour that you can download and save to your computer. The file can be copied onto CD or disk for marketing materials. The file only runs on Microsoft Windows. A Mac compatible file can be sent to you upon request. The eTour comes with any CD package or can be purchased separately for $9.99.
Linking Your CirclePix Tour
Q: Can you link the virtual tour to Realtor.com? A: For a fee of $25, we can link the virtual tour to Realtor.com.
Q: To which websites can you link my CirclePix tour? A: The CirclePix.com linking department can assist you in linking to most personal and company websites as well as to your local MLS. We can also email the tour links to your webmaster.
Q: How can I get the virtual tour onto my MLS? A: CirclePix can automatically link to several major MLS sites. If we are not automated with your MLS, CirclePix can provide step-by-step directions to walk you through linking to your MLS.
Q: What happens if my listing expres and I need to relink the virtual tour? A: For automated websites, contact CirclePix with the new MLS number, and we can resend the links to the site.
Q: When will the photographer contact me? A: After the virtual tour is ordered, the photographer will contact you within 24 hours to setup an appointment time.
Q: What is the turn around time? A: After the photographer takes the photos, we will post the virtual tour on CirclePix.com by the end of the next business day. An email confirmation will be sent to notify you when the tour is posted.
Q: How long will it take the photographer to complete the photo shoot? A: It typically will take 20 to 40 minutes to shoot a residential property. The time will vary depending on the size of the home and which tour option you select. The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives.
Q: Does the agent or home owner need to be present when the tour is being photographed? A: It is recommended that the agent be present at the photo shoot. If the agent cannot be present, they should notify the photographer in advance as to which rooms should be photographed. If no requests have been made, the shots will be taken at the discretion of the photographer.
